This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Nywhash Ltd (“Licensor”) and the person/entity (“Licensee”) who purchases or uses the software products developed by Nywhash. Installation or use of the software implies acceptance of all the terms of this agreement.

Nywhash guarantees that the software will be secure, free of backdoors, and will function according to its documentation. The Licensee is obliged to use the software in accordance with the copyrights and defined usage boundaries.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Software: Refers to the source code, files, and accompanying documentation produced by Nywhash.
  • License Key: Refers to the digital validation code that allows the software to function on a valid domain name.
  • Domain License: Refers to the permission to run the software only on a single main domain name (or linked subdomains).

2. LICENSE SCOPE AND RIGHTS

Nywhash grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except account sales), and limited right of use to install and use the software on the specified Domain. This right is a "use permission" rather than a transfer of ownership of the software.

3. USAGE LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

The Licensee agrees and warrants not to perform the following actions:

  • Nulling/Crack: Attempting to bypass or disable the license control mechanisms of the software.
  • Duplication: Using or distributing the software on more domain names than the purchased license count.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decrypting, decompiling, or copying the algorithm/source code of the software.
  • Illegal Use: Using the software for cyber attacks, data theft, or hosting illegal content.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTS

All copyrights, trade secrets, and intellectual property of the software belong to Nywhash Ltd. It is prohibited to remove or modify logos, trademarks, and copyright notices present within the software.

5. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION AND ACTIVATION

The software license becomes active upon completion of payment and production of the license key. In subscription-based products, licenses whose payment period expires are automatically suspended by the system. Pending payments must be completed to reactivate the license.

6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Licensees have free access to critical security updates released by Nywhash during their active license periods. Technical support scope may vary depending on the purchased package and does not cover issues arising from third-party plugins.

7. WARRANTIES AND SECURITY COMMITMENT

The Licensor warrants that the software will perform the basic functions specified in its documentation. Nywhash warrants that the software **does not contain malicious software (viruses, backdoors, spyware)** and does not transfer user data outside without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nywhash cannot be held responsible for data losses arising from user error, misconfiguration, or force majeure during the use of the software. In any case, Nywhash's liability is limited to the last invoice amount paid for the software.

9. AUDITING RIGHTS

Nywhash has the right to use automatic license verification systems to inspect whether the software is used in accordance with the license rules. In case of detecting violation, the license can be suspended unilaterally.

10. TERMINATION CONDITIONS

In case the Licensee violates any of the provisions of this agreement, Nywhash reserves the right to cancel the license without making any refund. In case of termination, all copies of the software must be deleted from the server.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In any dispute arising from the agreement, **Mersin / Silifke Courts and Execution Offices** are exclusively authorized.
