ŞOK EDİCİ VE YASAKLI İÇERİK POLİTİKASI
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Nywhash is committed to providing a safe, ethical, and legal environment across the server hosting, cloud computing, web hosting, social networking, and community infrastructures it provides. This policy establishes the rules regarding shocking, disturbing, gore, legally hazardous, or traumatizing content whose hosting, distribution, or transmission is strictly prohibited on our infrastructure.
This policy is binding on all our customers, business partners, end users, and all visitors who share content in Nywhash communities, whether directly or indirectly using Nywhash services.
2. WHAT IS SHOCKING CONTENT?
Shocking, disturbing, and unacceptable content refers to all visual, auditory, and textual materials, and hyperlinks leading to them, that could provoke sudden disgust, fear, horror, panic, or deep psychological distress in a normal person.
The following situations are evaluated under this scope:
- Acts of violence presented with such clarity that they violate human dignity and leave traumatic effects on the viewer or reader.
- Gore and bodily deformation images shared solely to attract attention, frighten, or disgust, serving no medical, artistic, or scientific purpose.
- Manipulative designs aimed at scaring users by catching them unprepared (jump scares, etc.) or threatening physical health (flashing lights triggering epileptic seizures, etc.).
3. PROHIBITED AND DANGEROUS CONTENT
Hosting, storing, or sharing materials of the following types on our servers or through our services is strictly prohibited:
- Blood, Gore, and Heavy Violence: Killing, dismembering, seriously injuring, or torturing humans or animals; images of accidents/murders, and images of corpses.
- Suicide and Self-Harm: All visuals and texts showing, praising, encouraging, or providing instructions on how to commit suicide or self-harm.
- Animal Abuse and Violence: Visuals and videos showing cruelty, fighting, killing, or sexual abuse directed at animals.
- Phobic and Medical Triggers: Sudden sounds and explosions prepared to shock users, severe body horror, and open wound images.
- Sexual Violence and Harassment: Distribution of non-consensual sexual images (revenge porn), and all kinds of visual, video, and written materials containing sexual violence, harassment, and abuse.
4. LEGALLY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES (ZERO TOLERANCE)
There is **absolutely zero tolerance** for hosting the following dangerous contents on the Nywhash infrastructure, which constitute crimes from a legal standpoint and are subject to severe sanctions both nationally and internationally:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Hosting, producing, or distributing any materials (images, videos, text, or links) containing child sexual abuse, exploitation, or maltreatment. Such violations are reported directly to judicial authorities without any warning.
- Terrorism and Violent Extremism: Propaganda or support for terrorist organizations, praising terrorist acts, recruiting militants, or publishing statements and materials belonging to violent extremist groups.
- Illegal Weapons and Explosives: Production, sale, or manufacturing guides for firearms, ammunition, 3D-printed weapon designs, explosive substances, or chemical/biological weapons.
- Drugs and Contraband: Illegal narcotics, synthetic drugs, illegal sale of prescription drugs, and content aimed at manufacturing or obtaining these substances.
- Human Trafficking and Exploitation: Human trafficking, forced labor, organ trafficking, or any activity facilitating or encouraging the exploitation of individuals without their consent.
- Cybercrimes and Malicious Software: Malicious software (malware, ransomware), phishing pages, hacking tools, sale and distribution of stolen data/credit cards.
- Financial Fraud and Illegal Betting: Ponzi schemes, qualified fraud methods, operation or promotion of unlicensed illegal betting and gambling platforms.
5. COMMUNITY, SOCIAL MEDIA AND USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
Nywhash permits users to publish content via developer cards, profile pages, code comments, social community areas, and public sharing systems (social media and community networks). In these areas representing the social aspect and communities of Nywhash, our rules for User Generated Content (UGC) are even stricter:
- Public Areas and Social Media: No disturbing, illegal, or shocking content may be shared in social network modules and community pages where users interact with other people and share publicly.
- Profile and Identity Info: No shocking, legally dangerous, bloody, or disturbing elements may be used in avatars (profile pictures), cover images, user biographies (about sections), or usernames.
- Automatic Scanning and Reporting: Nywhash community systems pass uploaded images and texts through AI-powered automatic filters for violence, CSAM, and sensitive content. Content of users attempting to bypass the filter or reported by the community is immediately removed from publication.
- Shared Responsibility: Responsibility for content shared in Nywhash communities primarily belongs to the user who produced the content. However, Nywhash reserves the right to moderate these contents to ensure a safe community environment.
6. SANCTIONS AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
The following sanctions are applied to users found to violate this policy on the Nywhash infrastructure or in community areas:
- The relevant content, website, or user profile is **suspended immediately** and removed from publication without any prior warning.
- For legally dangerous content (e.g., CSAM or terror propaganda), no time is granted to the user to resolve the violation, take backups, or migrate the content; all services are terminated permanently.
- Depending on the severity and legal status of the violation, the relevant person's accounts across the entire Nywhash ecosystem are permanently closed, paid fees are not refunded, and necessary notifications and data sharing are made to legal authorities (police, prosecutor's office, etc.).
7. INFRINGEMENT NOTICE AND REPORTING
If you believe that content violating this policy is hosted or shared on the Nywhash infrastructure or in community areas, you can report the situation to our abuse team:
Review Period: Our security and abuse team inspects infringement notices 24/7, and intervention in legally dangerous content and critical community violations is carried out within 2 hours at the latest.
